I'm Jarek, the Co-founder of Hitched Marketing and the creator behind the Venue Scaling System. My journey in the wedding industry began in 2018 when I took on the role of Marketing & Sales Manager at a venue near Waco, TX. In the beginning, I encountered the common challenge of struggling to generate leads and tours using traditional advertising methods.
Determined to not lose my job, I turned to my expertise in Facebook and Instagram ads. In just a few months, I managed to transform our marketing efforts and generate consistent stream of high-quality leads.
However, we we were getting so many leads that our sales team couldn't keep up with the influx, and valuable opportunities were slipping through the cracks daily. That's when I decided to create an automated sales system, designed to effortlessly follow up with leads and convert them into tours and bookings. In 12 months I was able transform our marketing and sales efforts, which is when I got the idea to start Hitched Marketing, so I could implement the same system for other venues to help them get more leads, tours, and bookings.
